Presave AM I THE DRAMA? here.
Invasion of Privacy served as Cardi B’s explosive introduction into the female rap scene, earning critical acclaim and breaking new ground for women in hip-hop. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and became the first female rap album to spend 200 weeks on the chart. Cardi also won the 2019 Grammy Award for best rap album, becoming only the second woman after Lauryn Hill to receive the honor. The album’s hit singles “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It” both reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
As she enters a new chapter in her life and career, Cardi teases an evolved sound and sharper songwriting. While she hasn’t released another album since her debut, she’s remained a consistent force in music, dropping multiple singles and appearing on numerous chart-topping collaborations over the past seven years.
The rollout for AM I THE DRAMA? began with the release of her new single, “Outside,” on June 20. Billboard described the track as “the soundtrack to a summer block party,” highlighting its signature Cardi energy, polished production, and bold cadence.
