Anyma x LISA’s “Bad Angel” is a soundscape in between worlds

Date:

A collaborative release leading up to Anyma’s desert debut later today, “Bad Angel” seamlessly blends the Italian DJ’s signature techno production with LISA’s pop vocals.

Riding the wave of an electronic music resurgence, this highly conceptual, dark, and emotive dance track is set to bring Anyma’s EDM sound closer to mainstream festival stages and dancefloors. With lyrics exuding LISA’s confident rockstar energy, it will be an earworm for audiences of all kinds.

Anyma shares more about making of “Bad Angel” as part of The Dawn of ÆDEN cinematic universe:

“This record lives between worlds—human and digital, intimate and infinite. Lisa and I have talked about working together for a while now, and she was my muse for ‘Bad Angel.’ Her energy and performance blew me away, and I can’t imagine anyone else singing this song.”

The accompanying music video is another testament to Anyma’s creative vision and ability to deliver unique audiovisual experiences. Starring as a cyborg creature with white angel wings walking through collapsing ancient pillars, the LISA seemed to have fully unleashed the Alter Ego that was introduced in her last record. She described working with Anyma as a joint experiment:

“I’ve always loved EDM, so I’ve wanted to try something like this for a while. Anyma is so creative and has such a unique vision, so working with him was really fun. His shows are super immersive, and I think you can feel that energy in the track. I’m really excited to share this with all of our fans.”
