Abby Borgatti’s “Erase Us” pulls at our heartstrings

Date:

Toronto-based singer Abby Borgatti recently released her third single of 2025, “Erase Us.” In combination with the previous two songs, this makes her an exciting addition to a new class of vocalists.

Once released, the track immediately gained high praise from her supporters. The song expresses the feelings someone goes through as they explore the push and pull of a wilting relationship. Borgatti is mourning the relationship’s death before it even ends, wrestling with the back-and-forth of internal doubt as she realizes that there is an expiration date looming: “If we work so perfectly on paper / Why does kissing you feel like a favour / We’re all out of the good stuff / Waiting for one day to wake up and / Erase us.”

Despite debuting this year, the 16-year-old talent is working her foot through the door to become the next big thing.
