EĐĐIE sleeps through his struggles in “Melatonin Medicine” during an imaginary therapy call

Date:

EĐĐIE - "Melatonin Medicine"

EĐĐIE, a solo singer-songwriter and bassist based in Pennsylvania, recently dropped his second single, “Melatonin Medicine,” from his second album Grieving Hour. EĐĐIE also fronts the band Nothing But A Nightmare, accumulating more than 100,000 streams with their most recent album Kleptomania

Known for his infectious melodies, powerful vocals and a bassline that taps into his background as a bassist, EĐĐIE released his debut album in 2021, Lowly Throne. Now, he returns with the lively and upbeat track “Melatonin Medicine.”

This fun, engaging song takes listeners on an exciting journey through an imaginary therapy session, expressing his desire to sleep off every single one of life’s challenges with “melatonin,” metaphorically seen as medicine by EĐĐIE.

Grieving Hour delves into themes of solitude, pain and raw emotion during challenging life seasons in life. It details EĐĐIE’s personal struggles and self-awareness, while also telling a story of resilience and rebirth. The album is set for release on March 15.
