The Beaches bring the Blame my Ex tour to Boston

Date:

Canadian rockers The Beaches have been taking the world by storm recently and there’s no slowing down for them anytime soon. They made a stop in Boston on their very sold out ‘Blame My Ex’ tour. The Beaches are no stranger to Boston though as they had just played a fantastic set at Boston Calling earlier this May, to which they recalled was one of their favorite show they have played.

Now back in Boston for a sold out show at Crystal Ballroom, fans were eager to hear songs from their stellar new album, ‘Blame My Ex’ for the first time live. Their new album is a work of art and sees the band at their very best. “Blame Brett” was the soundtrack to many people’s summer and still is on all of our playlists because it is just that much of a banger. The rest of the album is also fantastic with standout tracks like “Edge of The Earth”, “Kismet”, “Everything is Boring”, and “Shower Beer”, just to name a few.

Everyone was in for a treat that night as The Beaches would play the album in full along with some of their other amazing hits from their older discography. The energy was high and electric all night long thanks to them. There was not a dull moment at all and the crowd was loving every minute of The Beaches set. From the moment they went on stage to the moment they got off, the crowd was dancing and screaming along to every song. It’s amazing seeing their growth in the US and how so many people now know who The Beaches are, as they should. The band took a moment to recognize Boston as one of their favorite places to play in the US, thanks to having such an amazing time at Boston Calling earlier this year. Have no fear if you missed out on this sold out show though as the band will be coming back to Boston on March 8th 2024 at The Royale. You definitely don’t want to miss out on seeing The Beaches, trust me.
