Corella Returns With Indie-Rock Anthem “Don’t Stop Me”

Date:

Manchester’s indie-rock band Corella has released their newest single, “Don’t Stop Me,” an upbeat anthem about following your passions. Performing together since first meeting in University, Corella is on to bigger and better things as they prepare for the release of their debut album. The quartet, comprised of Joel Smith (vocals), Jack Taylor (guitar), Ben Henderson (bass), and James Faw (drums), explores the message of youthful confidence, sharing their story of growing up in the UK.

“Don’t Stop Me” feels like the perfect tune to accompany a coming-of-age story. With an upbeat nature, inspired guitar, and strong yet delicate vocals, “Don’t Stop Me” is the ideal record for an easy-listening track to get inspired. With a duration of 3 minutes and 16 seconds, this track breezes effortlessly.

Adding on the track, Corella stated: “‘Don’t Stop Me’ is all about escaping from your normal lifestyle and chasing what you’re really passionate about. Being a young person in the UK these days can be a real challenge. It’s easy to fall into a dark place, especially when life feels tough on both an individual and societal level, and it can seem like everything and everyone is working against you and your dreams.”
