88Rising reshapes the concert scene with its impressive lineup.

Earlier this week, 88Rising brought their “88Degrees and Rising” Tour to Atlanta. With numerous acts in their tour lineup, fans were treated to a one of a kind concert experience.

With fans eagerly entering the venue for the show to start, 88Rising’s Don Krez took the stage. Shouting and jumping all over the stage, the DJ/Producer hyped up the crowd for what was yet to come with his infectious beats and personality. With the crowd constantly cheering, August 08 set a calmer vibe with his melancholic sound. With expressive, smooth vocals, it was hard not to be drawn to the singer’s voice.

As the show went on, 88Rising’s lineup seemed to have a pattern. KOHH took the stage, and once again, the crowd went wild. The hip-hop artist brought out a whole new level of intensity as he jumped from one side of the stage to the other. As one set would end, another one would quickly start. The 88Rising team were not playing when it came to showtimes. As Niki took on the stage, once again the tone for the evening slowed down as the crowd sang along. With her infectious R&B sound, Niki had the crowd wanting more as her set came to an end.

More than half way through the show, the “88Degree and Rising” Tour proved that it had something for everyone. With numerous of acts with different sounds, each new act brought something new for the night. As fans constantly danced and/or sung to each act, there was not one single dull moment.

Keeping up with the excitement, the Higher Brothers were welcomed onto the sage with loud screams. As the four piece group took the stage, it was impossible to choose where to look for there was so much happening. The Higher Brothers revealed to have amazing chemistry as they interacted with each other.

Making a grand entrance as the stage filled up with smoke, Joji one again slowed down the tone for the night. Despite having a slower sound, fans were at full volume as the singer took control of the stage. With his debut album coming out later this month, fans were hyped up for every single moment of Joji’s performance.

With one more act remaining, the crowd went wild as Rich Brian took the stage. With an infectious energy, Brian dominated the stage as he rapped and moved along the stage. Don Krez hyping up Brian in the background, Brian was all smiles as he sprayed the fans with water. With the night quickly reaching its end, all the acts of 88Rising took on the stage to perform their hit Midsummer Madness. While being quite impressive as solo acts, they were just as impressive as a group revealing how amazing the 88Rising crew is.
