Colombian-bred artist VALÉ’s new song “red lights” is

a raw song…about what it really feels like to not know where you’re headed in life.

VALÉ, short for Valentina, says “red lights” is one of her favorite songs that she has ever made. The catchy pop track is something different than what VALÉ has every done before, as everything from the instrumentals to the lyrics show a more serious side of the artist.

As much as it’s important to me to sing about self-love and confidence, it’s also very important to acknowledge these not-so-pretty feelings that I have to live with constantly; it’s life, and I want to express how I feel about it.
