Alt-pop rising artist Ezra has dropped his highly anticipated double single, “MIDDLE GROUND” and “look so good”, offering preview of his forthcoming debut album, Spoke Too Soon, out February 6, 2026 via TAG Music.
On “MIDDLE GROUND,” Ezra examines the fragile balance of a situationship built on comfort and chemistry. The track captures the fear that naming feelings or wanting more could disrupt something that feels easy precisely because expectations are low. In contrast, “look so good” is a song about longing and emotional residue; the kind that lingers even when you know someone isn’t right for you.
The double single blends polished modern pop with a nostalgic warmth reminiscent of late-’90s and early-2000s radio. Hints of artists like the Jonas Brothers and Hanson surface through bright melodies and clean hooks, while contemporary alt-pop textures bring the sound into the present.
In support of the new music, Ezra will hit the road next month for the FML Tour, a co-headline U.S. run with fellow alt-pop artist Braden Bales. Kicking off February 5, the tour will travel through major cities including New York, Chicago, Nashville, and Los Angeles. Each show will also feature a special performance from Afterthought, the newly formed duo between Ezra and Bales.
