Los Angeles hip-hop dynamic duo NxWorries released a new single titled “Everybody Gets Down” on May 12th. NxWorries is comprised of hip-hop superstar Anderson .Paak and acclaimed producer Knxwledge. The pair has been making music together since 2015. Their two studio albums Yes Lawd! (2016) and Why Lawd? (2024) have achieved massive success, with the latter earning them a GRAMMY for Best Progressive R&B Album in 2025.
NxWorries also has an impressive list of collaborations in their repertoire, including Thundercat, Snoop Dogg, H.E.R., and even comedians Eric Andre and Dave Chappelle.
“Everybody Gets Down” puts a lively, electronic spin on the neo-soul-infused sound of their previous works. Knxwledge’s high-tempo, synthesized dance track pairs beautifully with .Paak’s soulful vocal performance. It’s the type of song you just know will be a blast when performed live.
