Nols and Chloe search for clarity in new single “IDWK”

Date:

Nols is an indie pop artist from Boston, Massachusetts. He is known for creating fun, upbeat songs that easily relate to his audience. In his latest single, Nols teams up with indie pop princess Chloe to create “IDWK” a song that grapples with confusion at the end of a relationship.

“IDWK” questions whether to move on or try again with a past relationship. Through punchy percussion and driving guitar, Nols and Chloe wonder if there is any salvaging their past relationships or if it’s easier to start fresh. Lyrics such as “It’s not so easy getting over you / But you moved on way too fast and I should too / I have a feeling that you miss me too / But you moved on way too fast and I should too” show this push and pull between wanting to stay together, but knowing that staying apart is for the best.
