“Bad Move, Little Ant” by Stratøs, featuring Julia Møffa and Jøshua Bryant, is part of his upcoming project Challenger Deep. One piece of the puzzle that is a Stratøs masterpiece.

There is a trust that comes with listening to Stratøs. He has a way of building sound that makes the listener willing to follow wherever he leads. I don’t question it. It’s not just a song; it’s an experience.
At the center of it all, Julia Møffa’s celestial vocals drift through the arrangement while Jøshua Bryant’s synthesizer slips seamlessly into the sonic landscape. The cohesion feels natural – these artists have spent plenty of time creating together. Stratøs has previously collaborated with Bryant on standouts “exit row” and “I ADMIT IT,” while Møffa appears across multiple songs on his debut project, Planets. The three joined forces alongside Melanie Charles for “Point Nemo” in July. They live in a world among a larger community of musicians and multifaceted artists, building alongside one another while retaining their own distinct voices – together shaping the ever-evolving landscape of modern music.
Stratøs frames the song with his saxophone, an underlying voice that commands his bustling world. The Michigan-born artist is a saxophonist, composer, producer, photographer, and cinematographer. Unsurprisingly, his work is less like something to hear and more like a world to wander through.
