“Make Up,” the introduction to his debut EP, showcases the initial stage of a relationship where spending time with each other is the most important thing. Perfect for a kickback or even for a soundtrack for a teen flick, “Make Up” will leave you bopping your head as you sing along.

Unlike what appears to be an endless love in the first track, the second track brings us to the pain when one side of the relationship isn’t ready to let go. With a soft and gentle intro, the song becomes more climatic as Jake belts out his heartache as the drums come in.

Instead of crying on the dance floor, Jake unleashes his anger as he calls out his ex-lover over a beachy sounding “Let Down.” With an infectious beat, the focus track will leave you dancing as you unleash your bottled up anger.

The final track, “Too Much,” brings us to realization and acceptance of a failed relationship. Jake $ing effectively takes the listener through his ups & downs with his 4 track EP. This emotional journey not only showcases the singer’s songwriting and vocals, but will leave you begging for more. With a few singles under his belt and now an official debut EP, we are excited to see what future releases are in store for Jake $ing.
