Twin sister duo Dolder are back with their newest single “Sleeping Pills,” from their upcoming EP This Is How You See Me Now, out July 3 via EMI.
“Sleeping Pills” is one of the pop-focused tracks on their second EP, boasting dreamy instrumentation and candid vocals that sing bittersweet yet relatable lyrics. The song appears to be about wanting not to feel the waves of emotions that come with a breakup and seeing your past lover with someone new while you are still grieving the relationship. “Sleeping Pills” is truly cathartic and will surely resonate with listeners everywhere.
The upcoming EP will feature five tracks of wistful indie pop and rich harmonies. This Is How You See Me Now is said to be dreamy and nostalgia-soaked, coming straight from the hearts of Dolder.
Dolder are 22-year-old identical twins Dani and Zara from Newcastle. The two have been quietly building something special: they’re NME 100 alumni who already have praise from outlets like Clash, The Line of Best Fit, DIY, Rolling Stone UK, Wonderland, and Billboard UK.
