Austin-based rock outfit Colorblind have announced their debut full-length album Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold, set for release August 28 via Solid State Records. Alongside the news, the band has unveiled their latest single, “Pressure,” giving a high-intensity preview of a record.

Pre-order or pre-save the album now.

Formed in 2017, the quartet—Travis Moseley, Tyler Moseley, Justin Page, and Nicholas Asper—have steadily carved out a space in modern heavy music, blending elements of post-hardcore, alternative rock, and their self-defined “dreamcore” sound.

Who Sold You This Truth ++ Was It Yours To Hold marks a major milestone for the band, following years of independent releases and rapidly growing fanbase, following their earlier EP Who Sold You This Truth (2025). Leading the album rollout is “Pressure,” the song reflects frontman Travis Moseley’s experience navigating the band’s rapid ascent.

“‘Pressure’ is about the weight of your own mind crushing you from the inside out,” states Moseley. “This was one of the first songs made for the record. I was really feeling the pressure of signing my first record deal, making my first album, and it was all coming to a head. I’m so grateful to have all of this pressure in my life.”

Colorblind’s rise has been fueled not only by streaming success but by a relentless touring schedule, touring with acts like blessthefall and Miss May I while continuing to expand their audience through festival appearances and support runs.

Starting later in May, they’re taking the next step with a co-headlining run alongside Windwaker and If Not For Me on The Hounds of the Underground Tour. The North American trek kicks off in May and runs through early June, combining festival stops like Welcome to Rockville with intimate dates across major cities.
