N33T reflects on their past on new song “insecure”

Date:

N33T is known for redefining the boundaries of pop. They draw inspiration from popular artists such as Porter Robinson and The 1975 and the local punk scene in their home city of Melbourne, Australia. Their new song “insecure” focuses on overthinking.

“insecure” is about being overwhelmed by thought. Through punchy percussion and smooth vocals, N33T reflects on their past behaviors and wonders if they can change in the future. Lyrics such as “Maybe I’m gonna change? / It’s just so easy to stay the same / I don’t think I’d have it any other way / I’ll probably do it again, again, again” show this desire to change but the acceptance of staying in the same cycle.
