Phoenix alternative rock Jane N’ The Jungle has just unleashed their latest single “Bed of Roses”, as they prepare for the release of their upcoming EP.

The song is an abstract deep dive into the complexity of human emotions, expressed in a way that allows the listener to inject their own story into the words. The intense back and forth about feelings of pleasure and confusion reaches its peak as singer Jordan White exclaims “Why are we so complicated?”, to what feels like an audience looking in.

“Bed of Roses” has distinct elements of grunge and hard rock, with some raw punk energy sprinkled in. Guitarist Brian Dellis’ riffs are defiant, and so are the vocals; the track creates a chaotic, yet comforting atmosphere. White comments on the experimental vibe within the song: “I wanted to amplify a weird campiness with sound and performance art that I
haven’t done before (…) Bed of Roses is an artistic risk I was scared to make, but gave in to showcase a new version of myself.”
