Both signed to the same record label, Not-So-Sad, Jake Messig of INTRN and LA-based singer-songwriter Annábla team up for a new collaboration.
INTRN is known for bringing a lo-fi aesthetic to his music to create a looser and more intimate and nostalgic listening experience. Combining this aspect with Annábla’s R&B style brings a soulful tone to their new single, “Can’t Help It”. The song details someone who has had trouble in love before, and now is worried that they’re being selfish saying, “I want you all to myself / baby I can’t help it”.
