Pop singers FINNEAS and Ashe are joining forces once again — this time as the band called The Favors.
The duo announced on Monday that they’ve officially become a band, which they have been quietly forming for a while now. This comes about four years after they released the collaboration, “Till Forever Falls Apart,” in 2021, which was part of Ashe’s debut studio album Ashlyn (2021). FINNEAS also produced Ashe’s breakout song, “Moral of the Story,” which featured in the Netflix film To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You (2020).

Now, as The Favors, the pair is also gearing up to release their first album together, The Dream, which will be out Sept. 19. Their debut single, “The Little Mess You Made,” will arrive this Friday, June 6. The news comes on the heels of FINNEAS’ sophomore album, For Cryin’ Out Loud!, and Ashe’s third LP, Wilson.
A joint Instagram post from their new band account read, “We made a band. It’s called The Favors. Announcing our new album, The Dream, out September 19.”
On Monday, FINNEAS also shared more personal insight via his Instagram story, writing: “Over the past 18 months, Ashe and I have been toiling away on this album and I really mean it when I say I could not be more proud of it – David Marinelli on drums, Ricky Gourmet on guitar – I love being in a band.”
