Legendary New York based independent rock label Equal Vision Records has launched a re-press of Pierce The Veil’s debut album, A Flair for the Dramatic. Originally released in 2007, A Flair for the Dramatic introduced fans to the band’s signature defining sound in the 2000s emo and alternative rock scenes.

Produced and mixed by frontman Vic Fuentes alongside Seattle-based musician and producer Casey Bates (known for his work with Chiodos and Portugal. The Man), the album features fan-favorite tracks like “Chemical Kids and Mechanical Brides” and “Yeah Boy and Doll Face,” which helped catapult the band from San Diego upstarts to scene staples.

The re-press arrives as part of Equal Vision’s ongoing celebration of its catalog’s legacy, offering longtime fans and collectors a chance to revisit where it all began. This special vinyl reissue includes three unique variants: 500 copies on Twister vinyl, 500 on Yellow/Brown Marble, and 1000 units on classic Black vinyl. Each pressing highlights the album’s dramatic flair and visual aesthetic, making them must-haves for collectors.
