Diana Ross to headline star-studded ‘Dick Clark’s New Years Rockin’ Eve’ in Time Square

Date:

With New Year’s Eve right around the corner, the performers for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve have been announced!

This year, the 54th airing of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest, with co-hosts Rita Ora, Chance the Rapper, Rob Gronkowski, and Julianne Hough, and will showcase a star-studded lineup of performers.

In years past, headliners for the annual event have included Carrie Underwood and Mariah Carey. This year, however, the artist chosen to bring us into 2026 is none other than the Grammy Award-winning, iconic, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Diana Ross. The “I’m Coming Out” singer is going into her seventh decade of stardom, having gotten her start as a member of The Supremes before becoming a solo artist in the 70s.

“Together we begin a new year,” Ross shared in a statement, “Let’s embrace a new beginning, new opportunities, new joy — a celebration of love, where we all come together as we begin 2026.”

This year, a total of 39 musicians will perform across New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, and more, live on December 31st from 8pm to 4am EST on ABC. The roster includes many of today’s biggest names, such Chappell Roan, Demi Lovato, Charlie Puth, Leon Thomas, Zara Larsson, and HUNTR/X, who gave us the global hit “Golden” from K-Pop Demon Hunters. It also includes several veteran acts: 50 Cent, Rick Springfield, and Goo Goo Dolls.
