Producer and songwriter DD Walker has released a catchy new single titled “White Lies” this week. With his indie alternative vibe he has gained unstoppable traction in the music industry. “White Lies” features a mix of new wave ,guitar pop, and a beautiful blend of harmonies. Co-created by Andrew Maury (Post Malone and Shawn Mendes) DD Walker released his first single “Malibu” in 2018 and throughout his entire musical career he has over 2 million cumulative streams to date.
“I iterate forever on new music before it’s released. After a long time of whittling at this pile of demos I accumulated from my first EP onward, this opening lead guitar was something I kept coming back to, playing in my room and meditating on. The way the guitars and motifs cycle around themselves led me to the ruminating lyrics – opening up about fear of losing people and being with myself for better and worse.”
