Black Veil Brides are stepping into a new era with purpose. The band’s seventh studio album, VINDICATE, arrives May 8 via Spinefarm Records, pushing their sound and message forward while staying rooted in what built their following.
Frontman Andy Biersack, alongside members Jake Pitts, Jinxx, Lonny Eagleton, and Christian Coma, shape VINDICATE around a central idea: what it means to fight back and move forward at the same time. The album builds on the momentum of “Bleeders,” “Hallelujah,” and “Certainty ,” tracks that previewed a tighter, more focused direction without losing the band’s scale.
Across its 14 songs, VINDICATE explores the line between holding onto anger and turning it into something productive. Biersack frames that tension as both a risk and a catalyst, something that can either fuel growth or take control if left unchecked. That push and pull drives the record, from the opening “Invocation To The Muse” through to the closing “Eschaton,” giving the album a clear sense of movement rather than a collection of separate moments.
The title track, “Vindicate,” was released alongside the album announcement and captures that intent in full. It opens with a stark, theatrical lead-in before breaking into a driving, guitar-heavy core, anchored by Biersack’s vocal delivery. It’s direct and built for impact, setting the tone for the rest of the record.

Following the chart success of The Phantom Tomorrow, VINDICATE feels like a continuation with sharper focus. The result is an album centered on resilience, built to connect in the moment and carry forward long after it ends.
