Billy And The Kidz have a reckless good time in “Hit & Run”

Date:

Queer glam rock band Billy And The Kidz brings back the fun in rock and roll with their latest single, “Hit & Run.” Hailing from Oregon, the female fronted gang draws inspiration from the likes of Poison and Def Leppard to create a feel good party anthem.

“Hit & Run” isn’t here to dwell on deep emotions; it’s all about living in the moment. Centered around being young and wild, the track is the perfect homage to the carefree spirit of rock and roll. Without taking itself too seriously, it’s a breath of fresh air that invites you to let loose and have a blast.

The song kicks off with a catchy beat and a fast guitar riff that immediately makes you bang your head. Billy Titko’s unique vocals bring the sound together, with rock’s raw power mixes with a stylized pop vibe. Despite being inspired by the 80’s Sunset Strip scene, Billy And The Kidz do not evoke any nostalgia; the music feels modern and edgy, a true glam rock revival.
