Atlas Genius announces ‘End Of The Tunnel’ out Aug. 23

Date:

Australian alternative rock band Atlas Genius announced their new album End Of The Tunnel out on Aug. 23. They are also celebrating the 11-year anniversary of their debut album When It Was Now.

End Of The Tunnel marks their third studio album after the release of their 2015 record, Inanimate Objects. End Of The Tunnel is about lost love, guilt and passion, with sprinkles of social commentary, existential crises, reckless abandon and honest self-criticism, according to a press release.

With the announcement also came their lead single “On A Wave” after releasing other singles “Nobody Loves Like You” and “Romans” — released earlier in 2024.

“This track is all about vibing with life’s ups and downs, embracing the mess, and just enjoying the ride—total chaos and all,” the band said of “On A Wave.”

They are performing first U.S. shows in 5 years at Rickshaw Stop on May 2 in San Francisco, CA, and the Beachlife Festival on May 5 in Redondo Beach, CA.
