Alt-pop venezuelan-american artist and producer Alex Mor has just unleashed his latest single, “Me-llennial”, a whimsical celebration of millennial culture.

“Me-llennial” is a nostalgic tune that takes a deep dive into snippets of life in the 90s that are now lost in time, but it does not stop there. As we reminisce about a simpler time, Alex Mor subtly hints at the challenges millennials were forced to face, but it does not linger on more somber tones. With wit and humor, the song evokes a deep sense of belonging and hope, yet it does not brag: “‘Me-llennial’ is a song that encapsulates the essence of our generation,” says Alex Mor. “It’s a tribute to the ’90s and a reflection on how we’ve grown and adapted in a rapidly changing world. It’s a celebration of the past and an anthem for the future.”

With its heavy use of synths, the song creates an evocative atmosphere that transports the listener to what feels like a shopping mall in the 90s. It also incorporates a clever spoken word segment, as well as a refreshing guitar solo that blends in perfectly with its predominantly pop elements. “Me-llennial” is bright, catchy, and deeply self aware.
