New Orleans’ own Galactic Funk brought all of the Big Easy vibes to Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, FL last Saturday. Together for twenty-five years, the quintet is now led by Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph, whose powerful vocals and strong stage presence kept the funky feelings going on what was a pretty chilly evening for Florida. The crowd wasn’t dancing to stay warm; they couldn’t help but move to the beat.
