Coming this weekend, 88rising’s Head in the Clouds returns to Pasadena’s Brookside at the Rose Bowl. As a celebration of Asian and Asian American music, the one day music festival has a solid lineup you won’t want to miss. From GRAMMY-nominated KATSEYE to R&B artist UMI, the one day concert bills artists from diverse backgrounds and genres. For those who can’t make it in person, Panda Express, The Asian American Foundation (TAAF), and Toyota’s New All-Electric Family will be sponsoring a livestream on YouTube and TikTok. UMI

Soul and R&B artist, UMI, makes her return to the HITC LA stage after five years. After starting her published music career in 2017, she’s been selling out on her tours and collaborating with some of the biggest names globally. Her latest album, People Stories, the first under her new label Epic Records, explores intimate conversations through dreamy percussion and her signature soothing vocals.
Tiffany Day

Singer, songwriter Tiffany Day has been booked and busy this summer with back-to-back festival appearances and a tour. Making her HITC debut with a bang, Day is sure to bring a variety of songs from her discography. From bedroom pop to EDM, it’s a mystery as to what kind of setlist she’ll bring to the 88rising stage. Perhaps she’ll have some surprises as she performs right before an artist she’s vocally admired: UMI.
KiiKii

Starship Entertainment’s newest girl group, KiiKii will be making their U.S. festival debut. The five member K-pop group have been performing nonstop between Japan and Korea. Now, they’ll be ready to impress their U.S. TiiKii—their official fandom name—with a red hot energy. Their upcoming album, WhyKiiKii, will be launching August 10, 2026.
No Na
Where: At 2:45PM on the 88rising Stage

Indonesian quartet, No Na, turned heads when they made a splash with “shoot.” The 2025 pop and R&B blended track put them in the global spotlight as their vocals and choreography stood out on digital platforms. This is unsurprising as the 88rising team specifically selected them because of their talent, and met up with them during HITC 2022 in Jakarta. Their upcoming album Island Girl will be releasing on September 18, 2026.
BE:FIRST
Where: At 1:15PM on the 88rising Stage

Japanese boy group, BE:FIRST, are no strangers to LA. Their first international tour in 2025 included a limited number of cities but now expanded even further with their 2026 showcase. As a band formed from a Japanese audition show, they have a strong setlist prepared for the HITC audience. Having both dance and vocal talent, the six member boy band is sure to entertain.
