After nearly two decades as one of pop punk’s most defining artists, Set It Off have no plans of stepping off the gas any time soon. After consistently releasing new singles since the release of their 2022 album Elsewhere, the rock group is now in the midst of a groundbreaking tour, supporting Hollywood Undead and Tech N9ne on their co-headlining Hollywood and N9ne Returns Tour.

Having begun on April 6 in Reno, Nevada, the tour will make its way throughout Canada and the U.S over the next couple of months before wrapping up on May 9 in Sayreville, New Jersey. Renowned for their relentless touring schedule, Set It Off will slam through this run of shows before making appearances at both Louder Than Life and Welcome To Rockville this year.

Since their formation in 2008, Set It Off have been a staple in the emo rock music scene. Known for their collaborations with Ash Costello, Scene Queen, and more, as well as tours alongside Black Veil Brides, Simple Plan, Sleeping With Sirens, and many others, the band are certified veterans within the modern alt-rock scene.

In the band’s early years they released several EPs, including a few self-released works. Set It Off soon began to make headway after signing to Equal Vision Records in 2011, releasing a rerecorded version of their EP Horrible Kids with the label that same year. In 2012, the group released their debut full-length album Cinematics, which topped the Billboard 200 and Top Heatseekers charts.

Over the following years, Set If Off became a Warped Tour staple and released their 2014 hit album Duality. In 2016 they released Upside Down — which doubled Duality in sales — and signed on with Fearless Records two years later. After releasing a number of additional projects, Set It Off went independent in 2023, announcing a new artistic era 15 years after their formation.

Last year, the band celebrated 10 years of their defining record Duality, releasing a reimagined version of the album’s hit song “Wolf In Sheep’s Clothing” featuring The Academy lead vocalist William Beckett. As Set It Off look back on their trailblazing career in pop punk, the group continues to grow, experiment and redefine their artistry.
