Jess Ball seeks clarity in new song “Nightmare”

Date:

Australian singer-songwriter Jess Ball began her musical journey at 11 years old. Now, she is eager to release her new EP, Where You Go, which begins a new chapter of her career. Her latest release, “Nightmare,” focuses on unpredictability.

“Nightmare” is about the ups and downs of life. Through smooth vocals and steady percussion, Jess Ball tries to navigate her hectic journey in life. Lyrics focus on finding your place in the world even while your vision is clouded. Elaborating more on the song’s message, Jess Ball says:

“‘Nightmare’ reflects the trial and error of making life decisions, the self-doubt that comes with it, and the human tendency to desire the unattainable. It’s about feeling trapped in your ambitions while navigating the uncertainty of what lies ahead.”
