Depeche Mode Bring Memento Mori to New Orleans

New Orleans came alive Saturday when synth gods Depeche Mode brought their Memento Mori tour to the big easy. Celebrating their newest album, Dave Gahan and Martin Gore are traveling for the first time without fellow bandmate Andrew Fletcher.

Front man Dave Gahan controls a stage like no other. Flitting from side to side and dancing, his charisma is electric. Depeche Mode might be pushing the 45 year mark as a band, but they show no sign of slowing down. His voice is still in full force and Martin Gore’s musicianship is still on point.

The Memento Mori tour will continue its trek across North America through the end of 2023, ending where it began in Los Angeles, before heading back over to Europe the first part of 2024.
