JLS make a jaw dropping return to the O2 Arena

Date:

JLS
returned to London’s iconic O2 Arena for their long awaited Beat Again reunion tour this week, after being rescheduled twice due to the coronavirus. We were there to cover the second night of their four show run at the legendary venue and the atmosphere was simply electric. When the lights went down the audience went absolutely crazy, which is insane considering this is the band’s first tour back since they split in 2013. Everyone was anxiously awaiting the arrival of band members Aston Merrygold, JB Gill, Marvin Humes and Oritsé Williams. The band opened the show with an old fan favorite “The Club Is Alive” where they quite literally jumped out onto the stage. Their set also included performances of “Everybody In Love”, “Eyes Wide Shut” and the track that inspired the tour, “Beat Again”. They accompanied their set with complex choreography, including Aston doing a backflip with some help from bandmate Marvin. To see the reunited band back together again on stage singing all their iconic songs was a minor miracle that had their fans feeling nostalgic.

The band’s new album, JLS 2.0, is being released on December 3rd and is available to preorder now.
