Scott Helman lights up CityView Drive-In with an energetic show

Date:

Scott Helman returned to the hometown stage in Toronto on Saturday for an upbeat and energetic show. With Toronto’s picturesque city skyline as the backdrop, CityView welcomed eager fans into their spacious drive-in venue at 7pm. Despite a nasty-looking forecast, fans were lucky to miss the rain and enjoy a beautiful, warm summer evening. Scott played a short-but-sweet set, which included his latest single, Old Friends:

The encore featured a gorgeous cover of Bobcaygeon, followed by Scott’s hit singles, Hang Ups and Bungalow. The show felt a bit surreal after such a long time without long music – hopefully this is just a teaser for what’s in store for this fall in Toronto.

Scott will be supporting Walk Off The Earth at Budweiser Stage in Toronto on September 18th. Get tickets.
