Mykey and Marinelli Team Up For “Mazda5”

Date:

Superstar singer/songwriter, producer, and all around nice guy MyKey is back with a new single “Mazda5” ft. Marinelli. MyKey first got his start in music by growing up in Maryland, working in a recording studio and touring and performing with various groups. It was in 2017 when he released his independent EP Faces, featuring tracks “Monsters in the Dark,” “Untitled Unloved,” and “Maybe I Was the One,” that ultimately propelled him to his signing with Warner Records last year. MyKey is quirky and does things his own way. And that’s why he’s so like-able. The music speaks for itself. It’s brilliant and authentic. He makes everything his own and puts a twist on everything he makes. He plays multiple instruments, produces, engineers, as well as making and directing his own videos, including stop motion in them. He is a guy of many talents who is quickly on the rise.

“Mazda5” is a dreamy track and one that will leave you blasting it maybe in your Mazda car. It’s the latest track off of his upcoming EP Welcome To The Witching Hour – out March 19th. MyKey explains about the new EP, “My friend David [marinelli] and I trapped ourselves in a cabin in Big Bear and wrote an entire album in 4 days. Writing the album felt like a glimmer of hope in the dark abyss of 2020 and I’m really excited to be sharing it.” Mykey is a genius when is comes to songwriting and being authentic in his music and you can really tell he has found himself in his music. We can’t wait to see what he has in store on his new EP, we’re sure it’ll be great!

Keep Up With Mykey!
