The Head and The Heart have been making waves in the music industry since 2009. On May 9th, they are releasing their sixth studio album, Aperture, which showcases their emotional storytelling and musical prowess. Their new song “Blue Embers” focuses on reflection.

“Blue Embers” is about comparing your previous experiences and beliefs to your current ones. Through soft acoustic guitar and gentle vocals, The Head and The Heart shares how their worldview has changed as they got older. Their lyrics express hope to find better days ahead as they face different challenges on their journey of life.
