Ruby Roberts has released her new single, “I’d Do Anything,” and it pushes her sound a little further than before.
After building a following with TikTok covers and breaking through with “Trampoline” last year, Roberts has steadily grown her audience across the UK and US. She now sits at over 436,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, with “My Endeavour” surpassing 7.6 million streams.
In November 2025, she released her debut EP, Somersault Queen, a project rooted in intimate, introspective and textured indie pop.
Listeners have likened her style to the theatrical edges of Kate Bush and David Bowie, mixed with the modern pop of Lana Del Rey and Chappell Roan.
“I’d Do Anything” builds on that foundation but takes it somewhere bigger. She describes it as “a groovy song with devastating lyrics, inspired by 80s sounds and 2010s euphoria and nostalgia,” and that balance really defines the track. It’s full of synths and big drums, with a chorus that sticks almost immediately.
With this release, Ruby Roberts continues to grow into her sound, and she remains firmly one to watch.
