As summer 2025 is quickly approaching, Rock for People—Czechia’s premier rock festival—has announced 30 more bands, finalizing their international lineup. Among the newly announced bands are American rock legend Shinedown, British metalcore band While She Sleeps, alternative/indie artist Kat Von D, and several other big names across multiple genres. Festival founder Michel Thomes comments on the newly announced line-up:
““Rock for People’s domain is
the widest musical selection across Czech festivals. Over 180 artists will perform on 10
different stages, including the world’s biggest stars as well as yet-to-be-discovered
musical gems. The program is curated
so that everyone finds something they like without getting bored even for a minute.”
And the festival certainly has this and more in store for fans this year. The capacity of the festival grounds has been increased to 50,000 people due to incredible demand, making this the biggest Rock for People festival yet. Thomes also added that they’re paying special attention to the visual aspect of the festival grounds this year, promising an unforgettable experience for festival-goers.
Rock for People’s line-up is already legendary, but it’s not even complete yet. While all international artists have been revealed, early April will bring an announcement of Czech and Slovak bands that will perform at the festival, as well.
The festival’s 4-day tickets, Saturday tickets, and VIP and Comfy+ tickets are all already sold out. Fans can still buy 5-day tickets and one-day tickets for days other than Saturday. When you purchase a ticket, you will be asked whether you want to add a donation to the nonprofit Rock for People is supporting this year, which is Fuck Cancer. Tickets and more information are available at www.rockforpeople.cz. The festival organizers also stress that TicketSwap is the only safe resale platform for sold-out tickets.
