Radiohead announces comeback shows after 7-year hiatus

Date:

It’s official: Radiohead is back on tour for the first time since 2018. They will be embarking on a 20-show European tour this November and December.

The band caused quite the uproar with the announcement of their comeback tour dates. The “Creep” hit-makers initially went on a touring hiatus 7 years ago, in order for each of them to be able to focus on their solo projects. According to the band’s Instagram, they had gotten together to rehearse last year, “just for the hell of it”. Now, they are back and better than ever.

They are set to kick off in Madrid at the start of November, then will close in Berlin on December 12. As of now, no support acts have been announced.

Tickets will only be available by registering on radiohead.com. Registration opens on Friday, September 5 at 10am BST and will close on Sunday, September 7 at 10pm BST. By 10pm BST on September 10, fans will receive emails saying whether or not they have been selected to participate in the sale.

If selected, at 10am BST on September 12, fans can use the code they will have received in their acceptance email to purchase tickets.
