Musician and Vermont native, Noah Kahan, has announced a special one-night performance to raise awareness and support for mental health initiatives within the local community. Noah is set to hit the stage on September 19th at the Midway Lawn, Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Junction.
The Busyhead Project, established and inspired by Kahan’s own experiences, focuses on mental health awareness and support, providing resources and aid to those in need. The benefit concert aims to raise funds and awareness for the organization’s ongoing efforts to address mental health issues and promote well-being. “I’m incredibly excited to come back home and perform for such a important cause,” said Kahan. “It’s such an honor to play in my home state and help raise money and awareness for something that is so special to me.”
The benefit concert promises to be a night of captivating music and heartfelt support for mental health resources in Vermont. Ticket sales and donations from the event will go towards aiding various mental health programs and organizations in the state.
Tickets for the September performance will be available only through a lottery via the site Seated, which is live now and will run until Sunday, June 16th. Ticket selections will be made on June 20th. All proceeds from the show go directly to the Busyhead Project.
