New Jutes album ‘Dilworth’ Dec. 3rd and new single “Parasite” out now

Date:

Jutes has continued the new era leading up to his album Dilworth with his newest dark and heavy single “Parasite.” The track follows the release of his singles, “Kill or Be Killed” and “Fly on the Wall” which are also apart of the tracklist for the upcoming album.

“Parasite” is an intense song that is fueled by a list of bad decisions. Jutes used his haunting vocals to tell a story through his lyrics. The song delivers the heavy beat of drums, picturing the pulsing of a heart when impulses take full control. He also dropped a music video alongside the release of this new song.

When asked about his new track, Jutes responded: “This song feels like being at the after hours spot way too long, when the lights are too low, the air’s too thick, and you’ve done too much of a good thing until it turns dark. It’s that moment when pleasure tips into chaos, like you’re chasing a feeling you know won’t end well, but you don’t care. “It’s animalistic and unhinged – that’s the energy I wanted to bottle with this track.”

Dilworth, the third studio album by Jutes, is arriving at a pivotal moment for his career and is available for pre-save here. He has spent that last year making a name in the alternative rock scene. His sound blends with artists like Deftones and Nirvana, who he has taken plenty of inspiration from throughout the course of his career.

Jutes will close the era of his sophomore album Sleepyhead this fall, when he hits the road one last time on the Sleepyhead tour, including performing at Vans Warped Tour in Orlando and Ceremony Festival in Nashville.
