Molly Grace ushers in her playful new era with “Bow Wow”

Date:

She shamelessly puts the “pop” in pop music, which is why Molly Grace has had an incredible 2025. Her vibrant style of storytelling, which includes dynamic songs, fabulous live shows, and creative visuals, has made her star shine a little brighter this year. In September, Molly released her debut album, Blush, a project that unapologetically introduced fans to her emotional yet glamorous sound. She then brought the world of Blush to life on her 40-date headlining tour of the album, where she played a sold-out show in London and performed on the main stage at All Things Go D.C. There is definitely much to love and admire when it comes to Molly Grace and her music, so to bring this glittery year to a close, she leaves us with a tease of her next chapter.

Two people in the same relationship can have very different perspectives about said relationship. One might think that the other person is the problem, when in reality, they are the problem. On “Bow Wow,” Molly Grace refuses to let the other person continue to play the victim. Produced by The Orphanage (Lizzo, Kelly Clarkson) and co-written with Josie Dunne (Natalie Imbruglia, Corook) and Dan Fernandez (Nate Smith, X Ambassadors), the track is full of playful rhythms and catchy pop melodies. With a bit of sass, Molly sings, “Get out / Say that it meant nothing and it / Don’t count / Sorry ain’t gon’ cut it baby / No doubt / It’s nonsense out your mouth like / Bow wow wow…” Anyone who can relate will surely be here for this playful anthem.

Telling us more about the inspiration behind “Bow Wow,” Molly shares,

“‘Bow Wow’ ushers in the next era of my artistry—bolder and more playful than ever. This song was born out of getting played so badly that there was nothing left to do but find the humor in it all through a catchy, tongue-in-cheek pop song. Drawing on nostalgic early 2000s pop production with clever, sharp-tongued lyrics, this song is one that I know Molly Grace diehards and casual listeners alike will obsess over.”
