‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the House not a rock star was crawling, not even Modest Mouse; the kandi was made by the chimney with care in hopes that Griz’s return soon would be there; the wooks were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of pyro and lasers danced in their heads.
We are officially one week out from Lights All Night returning for their annual New Year’s Eve celebration, and the excitement is building quickly! A few days ago, it was posted on socials that the festival had completely sold out for their 15th anniversary, which this year takes place Dec 30-31. With the festivities falling on New Year’s Eve this year, and it being an important milestone anniversary, Lights All Night is sure to bring an insane 2 days to Dallas, Texas. Of course, this couldn’t be possible without the phenomenal lineup they curated for this year. Bringing in some of the biggest EDM artists in the scene such as Illenium, Sara Landry, Griz, and Porter Robinson, Lights All Night held nothing back for their 15th year. It is clear from the sell out and hiked up resale ticket prices that this year, especially New Year’s Eve, any raver in and outside of Texas wants to be at this festival. Here are some of the top artists, you certainly do not want top miss if you are attending:
5. Illenium (3036 RSVP)

A household name, Illenium is known for his melodic dubstep and emotion moving sound that brings people closer together with nostalgic energy. Recently, he has been preparing for his Las Vegas sphere debut where he will be performing a total of nine shows next year each with different openers. Staying on top of the industry for years now, when Illenium is shown on a festival lineup, it is an instant attention grabber to new and experienced ravers alike. Even though a lot of his fans enjoy hearing his older stuff, he still puts out new music often and incorporates it into his sets as the songs get released. Whether you have never been to his set or seen him live multiple times, it is obvious why he is in the top five artists that attendees have RSVP’d for.
4. Wooli (3211 RSVP)
12/30 10:30 PM
Known for his nasty bass drops paired with eye catching visuals, Wooli is a must see for any Basshead who loves headbanging and rail riding. He’s been hitting festivals hard the past few years really making a strong name for himself in the community and the fans are obsessed! Merging his heavy sound with visuals of his classic wooli mammoth going on tons of visual adventures behind him, Wooli has found a clear aesthetic and fanbase that keeps him creative and hyped. He returns to Dallas since his sold out show at SILO a few months ago and after seeing the success then, he is clearly going to deliver a memorable set that will have everyone geared up and feeling ready for what comes after.
3. Levity (3301 RSVP)
12/31 10:30 PM
This young trio from Chicago have shown an insane come up since their Electric Forest set helped rise them to fame in 2023, a lucky chance that appeared when one artist could not make it last minute. Of course, these guys jumped at the opportunity and the rest is history. Ever since then, John, PJ, and Josh have been building their name by going on multiple tours and hitting what seems like every single festival they can. Their unique sound collaboration creates a fresh take for the EDM community, with them having constant hits that turns anyone into a fan. It’s important to note that while their music is incredible, what really shines with these guys are their live sets. The energy Levity deliver is just something that most artists have but don’t clearly show, such as when John jumps off the deck table several times during the set. If that wasn’t enough to drive you toward their set, they are also beautifully personable and love interacting with their fans, sometimes even during their set! Whether you’ve seen them before or not, these guys are truly something special and definitely have earned the fame that surrounds them now.
2. Crankdat (3532 RSVP)

This guy has been pumping out insane remixes since 2016 and brings a captivating set to every performance. His sounds is powerful and bass heavy with brain scratching rubs and dubs that get any bass lover right into their element. He has been on the rise for the past few years and has really turned into a monumental part of the industry. Crankdat’s diverse sound carries through his remixes and into his own original songs, which are loved by fans and strangers alike. This past year, he has shot into a place where when he is part of a lineup everyone goes crazy. It’s highly likely tons of people attending saw him on the lineup and that was their deciding factor to go to Lights All Night. Crankdat knows how to deliver an amazing performance paired with eye melting production for a New Years Eve set to never forget and while his set might be earlier in the night, its no mystery that it will be a packed house based on these RSVP numbers.
1. Griz (3554 RSVP)
12/31 7:30 PM
Griz practically needs no introduction. A powerhouse in the EDM community with his funky and soulful dubstep, he has turned into an artist that everyone can enjoy. Coming fresh off his two year hiatus, Griz has only been a part of three events so far, all of which were put together and run by him and his team. This New Year will be his first time diving back into other company festivals and with most people not having seen him in over two years, it’ll be a giant crowd for sure. While he only has a 7:30 slot, which most see as pretty early for the most sought after set of the night, it’s important to note that he’s also attending a Festival that same night in Florida. So while Griz will most certainly throw down and provide a rainbow of emotions and production, he won’t be sticking around long after his set for obvious reasons. With Griz returning to Lights All Night to begin his lengthy festival run next year, something to look forward to is his empathetic positivity that radiates through his music and crowd. Griz promotes a message of love and positivity while sharing the message that we should accept everyone no matter who they are or where they come from and especially who they love. He is such a special and unique artist that has touched souls for years now, and Griz will certainly be the set of the fest.
With these names at the top, and over two dozen incredible artists supporting, Lights All Night is going to bring in the new year the best way possible; with heavy bass, insane production, and incredible talent. If you are attending, the festival has an app you can download to keep track of anything and everything at the festival.
