Knox and Charlotte Sands Release Emotionally Charged Track, “We’re Not In Love Anymore”

Date:

Nashville-based singer-songwriter Knox has unveiled the emotionally charged track titled “We’re Not In Love Anymore,” a collaboration with pop-rock songstress Charlotte Sands.

This release adds to Knox’s string of increasingly popular singles, with a recent standout being the fan-favorite “Not The 1975,” which was released last month and has garnered an impressive 4 million views within the week following its release.

Having previously collaborated as songwriters alongside acts like John Harvie and Arrows In Action, “We’re Not In Love Anymore” marks the first occasion where Knox and Charlotte Sands both co-wrote and performed together. Delving into the perspectives of a fading relationship, they articulate the reasons behind the waning flame. During the bridge, Knox and Sands deliver the lines, “You were the person I tell all my secrets / Now I can’t tell how you feel,” encapsulating the core message of the song and deeply resonating with their fans.

The lyric video for “We’re Not In Love Anymore” mirrors this emotional authenticity.

Reflecting on the experience, he shares, “I’m thousands of miles away from home, yet there’s a crowd of a thousand people singing along to the song I crafted with my buddies in my own room. That’s the moment when it truly hits you – witnessing people connect to something I created with my closest friends. It’s an indescribable sensation.”

Knox is set to embark on an exciting journey as the special guest on Nightly‘s highly anticipated Wear Your Heart Out Tour. The tour kicks off its US dates on October 5 at the Scoot Inn in Austin, TX, and will run through mid-November.
