Healing from haunting memories: “Perfect Storm” by DEVIN MØRE

Date:

Born in Massachusetts and raised in Florida, singer-songwriter DEVIN MØRE stuns fans with an addictive danceable track titled “Perfect Storm.” Influenced by artists such as Billy Idol, The Strokes, and Sting, the artist displays an array of refreshingly original lyricism and production skills.

Having begun his music career in 2009, More has experimented, changed his stage name, and solidified his identity as an artist alongside increasing support from his fanbase with every release as it comes. This was especially true after the release of his popular single “Heart On Your Sleeve” in 2018, amassing over 3 millions streams on Spotify.

“Perfect Storm” reflects on the emotions and regret felt after a breakup, the beauty and the failure within the love. Still feeling the aftereffects of a partner, their ghost begins to integrate itself into every aspect of the narrator’s life. Every corner, every smell, every sunset. The agonizing desire to reach out and see if they feel the same way, if memories of the past still walk with them in their everyday life, is torturous and beautiful.

Now entering a new era with soft enchanting vocals, richer and emotionally packed, there’s a lot of anticipation and support for Devin as he continues on his musical journey.
