Glass Animals release new “Take A Slice” visualizer

Date:

Following the hit’s resurgence on TikTok, Glass Animals has launched a psychedelic, funky, “mind-melting” new visualizer for “Take A Slice,” directing fans to a chaotic new experience. “Take A Slice” originally appeared on 2016’s How To Be A Human Being, but nearly a decade later, the hit stands with over 129,000 posts on the app with the “watching your enemies downfall” trend.

Fans who enter the website are met with a conglomeration of rotating and vibrating visuals, vibrant colors, VHS graphics and random stickers on a link titled ‘if u watch this u stink.’

“Hello. U stink. I am a product of the internet, entirely made from randomly selected youtube videos. Every play is unique. I do not reflect the views of glass animals – i reflect the insanity of the internet. Blame the algorithm.”

The band took over cult NYC hangout Scarr’s Pizza, handing out slices and teasing “Take A Slice” visuals and lyrics in-store — a nod to the track’s title and the mania building.

Tonight, June 17, Glass Animals continue their Tour of Earth in Jacksonville, FL at Daily’s Place with 13 shows left. Purchase tickets for the Tour of Earth here.
