Singer-songwriter and producer Femi has released a new single titled “Who U Goin’ Home To” featuring Dave Todd. The new record is an upbeat country-pop track about having an instant connection with someone.
Reminiscent of “I Had Some Help” by Post Malone and Morgan Wallen, “Who U Goin’ Home To” finds the perfect blend of pop and country, creating an irresistible, catchy record. From beginning to end, the song is filled with instantly singable hooks and fun, relatable lyrics like, “First of the month but the rent’s not due / And the drink’s on the house only just for you / When the bank overdrives but it don’t mean you have to pay them late for you.”
Originally from upstate New York, the multi-faceted artist released music under the stage name Frank Pierce, focusing on electronic-leaning music, before deciding to go under Femi (short for his birth name Oluwafemi) to incorporate his church upbringing and pop sensibilities in his new records. Between both projects, he has built an international audience and amassed over 86 million streams.
