2026 is shaping up to be one of the most nostalgic years yet for those of us born in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Over the past few months, Miley Cyrus has been teasing her return as the iconic Hannah Montana in honour of the shows 20th anniversary. Today, she officially announced that the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special premiers March 24 on Disney+.
The anniversary special will be filmed in front of a live studio audience and features an exclusive, in-depth conversation between Cyrus and Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper. Cyrus is expected to open up on how the series shaped her life, and an entire generation of fans. She revisits the iconic music and memories that made the show a cultural phenomenon. The special will also showcase rare, never-before-seen footage and recreated sets, from the Stewart family living room to Hannah’s iconic closet.
