Dominic Fike announces new mixtape ‘Rocket’

Dominic Fike surprised his fans when he announced his new mixtape, Rocket, will be released on Aug.. 22 via Columbia Records.

The follow-up to last year’s EP, 14 minutes, is not an LP, though, as he made sure to clarify while sharing the news on Instagram: “Rocket is not an album.” Although the project’s tracklist is still unknown, Fike has unveiled a game on his website featuring himself as an “interactive buddy.”

The singer has released three songs off the project: “Aftermath,” “Smile,” and “All Hands on Deck.” The latter includes an accompanying music video, featuring footage of his son and himself on stage at Lollapalooza earlier this month.
