Daniel Seavey announces debut album ‘Second Wind’ and 2025 world tour

Date:

Why Don’t We alum Daniel Seavey has officially revealed his upcoming debut solo album, Second Wind, crafted to be an album entirely his own. The 25-year-old singer has been teasing fans with cryptic posts on TikTok and Instagram, alongside a countdown to the announcement on his official website.

This announcement comes three years after the group went on hiatus. Following the release of singles like “The Older You Get,” “Other People” and “Gateway Drug,” Seavey will also drop the self-titled track, “Second Wind,” this Friday, Jan. 31.

“2 years in the making and we’re finally here. I have so much to say but most of all I want thank you for taking the time out of your life to care about mine,” Seavey wrote in an Instagram post. “I’ve always dreamed of making an album that just felt 100% like me from top to bottom and that’s exactly what this album is. There’s so much more to say but for now i just want to say thank you so much for sticking by me on this wild journey and I cannot wait for you to hear everything.”

Presave Second Wind now.

This past fall, Seavey supported Grammy-nominated singer Benson Boone on the miniature United States Fireworks and Rollerblades Tour. Now, Seavey will embark on the Second Wind World Tour later this year. He will hit stops in Dallas, Portland and Chicago, before heading to Europe for a slew of shows in Copenhagen, Paris and London. Fans can sign up for pre-sale by texting Seavey at (360) 295-9970 or joining his broadcast channel on Instagram.
