Catch Your Breath has returned with their latest single “Lost” via Thriller Records.
The rising alternative rockers explore the aftermath of a broken connection that ends without closure on “Lost.” The track is a haunting effort that puts the regret, longing and emptiness that accompanies a life-altering break-up into words. With their signature heavy guitar riffs and emotionally charged lyricism, Catch Your Breath puts their spin on the quiet ache that lingers long after someone you love walks away. Speaking on the new single, vocalist Josh Mowery shares,
“This one is for the ones who lost a piece of them without being able to try to fix it, left alone, in the dark, lost without them.”
